The following policies apply to all orders placed with Cookie Wishes LLC.

Cookie Wishes LLC reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time.

CLASSES

All sales on classes are final. If you can not make it for some reason, let us know 7 days in advance and we will give you the materials provided during the class. You have 24hrs after the class has ended to pick it up.

Policies for all orders presale + customs

PAYMENT DUE

You pay, we’ll bake! Payment is required upfront so that we can source your cute cutters, spectacular sprinkles, fabulous food colors, and the perfect packaging. Your payment will reserve your pick-up date too!

IT’S ALL YOURS NOW

Once you pick up your order (thanks again, by the way), what happens to your cookies, cocoa bombs, and other baked goods is all on you! Keep ‘em safe, and keep ‘em cool. 

NO SHOW = NO COOKIES

Your cookies are best enjoyed fresh. Not showing up to the agreed-upon pick-up time, forfeits your order.

REFUNDS

We can offer a refund up to 24 hours after the payment has been accepted. If your payment was made via credit card, we will deduct the amount Cookie Wishes, LLC paid for the credit card processing fee. The refund will be in the form of a mailed check/cash or sent via Venmo.

COOKIE DESIGNS + INSPIRATION

Thanks tons for sending those inspo pictures! They are just that – inspiring. We reserve the right to full design creativity. As we are fully custom, we want to include all the cookie shapes and colors that you request but may not be exact to the inspiration you sent. Our cookie decorator is luckily a professional graphic designer and has alway turned the customers ideas into something that exceeds expectations!

COLORS

We will do our best to match the colors as close as we can, but colors can vary based on many reasons outside of our control. Placing an order with us means that you agree that the colors may vary from inspiration photos and invitations.

IN A HURRY?

While we can’t accommodate all last-minute orders, but we make our best effort to. Orders placed with a turnaround time of under 14 days will require 25% rush fee of the orders total.

COPYCATS

Copyright images (think Star Wars and Peppa Pig) are protected and we won’t be able to replicate them (who wants a cookie controversy, right?). We can make a similar color palette though so let’s talk!

EENIE MEENIE ORDER MINIMUMS

(that didn’t rhyme – we are a bakers not poets). We require a minimum of 2 dozen! Need fewer? Stay tuned for a popup shop announcement on our Facebook page!

SHIPMENTS

As much as we would love to hand deliver each and every batch, unfortunately, we often need the help of USPS. We do our best to package these cookies for a rough ride, but broken cookies are a possibility and a non-refundable risk you take when placing a shipped order. Also – while we ship Priority, we can’t guarantee that “rain, sleet, snow or hail” won’t delay your order. Refunds can’t be offered – but know that they’re on their way. Once tracking information is provided, claims for lost orders can be placed with USPS.

ACHOO! ALLERGIES?

Baked goods are often made with foods that can be known allergens. While we do our best to accommodate, we can’t always accommodate allergy-conscious orders. Please do reach out as we may have a perfect referral for ya!

WEATHER CLAUSE

If pickup is impossible due to inclement weather, your order will be heat-sealed for a later pickup date. Unfortunately, no refunds can be offered due to weather (darn rain), but we will make sure your order is kept as fresh as possible!

UNHAPPY WITH YOUR ORDER?

While we want you to love our cookies, if you are not satisfied with your order, please return all uneaten cookies within 24 hours so we can assess their condition and troubleshoot any problems. We will then determine if a credit may be issued for a future order.
